Parts of the Interview Thank You

(1) Greeting: "Dear Mr. Smith,"

(4) Job Pitch: "My excellent Powerpoint skills will allow me ..."

(5) Final Line: "I look forward to hearing from you..."

(7) Post-script: "P.S. Hire me and you will not be sorry..."

We recommend that you create your thank you note on WORD since this program alerts you to potential spelling and grammar mistakes. Sloppy spelling and grammar will work against you. After the content is exactly how you want it, then copy it into your email or handwrite it on a thank you note. Make it legible!

Thank you for interviewing me yesterday, September 1, for the position of college counselor at Williamson High School.
